MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

Please note that MOE-FAS 2024 application is now open.   For information on FAS and to check your eligibility, you may like to visit MOE FAS website (opens in new tab).

For application, you can either:

  1. Apply online (opens in new tab);

  2. Download the MOE FAS Application Form (opens in new tab); or

  3. Collect a copy of the form from General Office – (*available from Monday to Friday,  8am to 3pm)

*General office will be closed on public holidays and 17 November 2023.
